Description of Program

Our contemporary multilingual global marketplace requires purposeful, unambiguous communication with external interest groups as well as internal contacts, despite barriers of language. Many companies often take for granted the language competence of their staff, assuming that they are proficient enough to perform effectively in their current role. The consequences can be disastrous: misunderstandings, bad rapport, poor service, and customer dissatisfaction – leading to reduced productivity and loss for the company.

This Language Proficiency Assessment (or Language Audit) enables your organization to identify the strengths and weaknesses in the language competence of current staff in communicating with foreign markets at the strategic level; for example, on the phone, for written correspondence, at business meetings, visiting branches abroad, touring visitors or for international travel etc.

We can also design and conduct achievement tests to assess employee performance level before and after training, in order to assess effectiveness of training given and plan further training for the future.
