Write More Clearly, Concisely and Accurately

Email writing is a critical competency for today's business professionals. On average, about two hours are spent daily writing emails to customers, partners, employees and each other. Yet, most emails are poorly written. Result: frustration, costly errors, poor decisions, and lost employee time required to repeat messages that were unclear or to repair relationships damaged by any miscommunication.

Aim of Program

Help organizations, business professionals and employees communicate consistently in a clear, concise and accurate manner – to minimize misunderstandings, errors, complaints, enquiries and staff time lost to problem solving.

By the end of the program you will be able to write emails more accurately and more quickly. At the same time you will be able to read and take action on emails you receive more efficiently.

Program Details

This program is a hands-on, trainer-led, interactive training workshop. It is intended for business people who seek to improve or refresh their knowledge and writing skills for an immediate application on the job. It is especially useful for those who use email in help desks, customer support, call centers, and for employees who email with internal as well as external customers.

The program is tailored to the specific needs of the audience. Prior to any project, we request representative writing samples and prepare tailored rewrites for in-class exercises and group discussion. Currently available only in English.

Prerequisite: Participants must speak and write in English, at least at intermediate level.

Program Duration

Our writing workshop can be completed in 1 to 2 four-hour sessions. This will depend on several variables that relate to time availability and participant skill level.
